A personal DIY Essential Oil Inhaler is a great way to access oils aromatically on the go.

A cinch to make, they’re safe for kids and grownups alike.  Perfect for use in the car, at work, or at school.  Stash one in a purse, backpack, desk drawer, or wherever you need it most!

My current favorites are Peppermint, which I keep in my purse for occasional stomach upset in the car, and Breathe, which helps me a lot during anxious moments.  Read more about that here: Essential Oil Survival Kit for Anxious Flyers.

  3. Secure the bottom cap.
  4. Add the cover, and stash in an appropriate location.

To Use Your Inhaler:

Can I reuse the wick? How do I clean them?

    • Kathleen on 04/16/2018 at 7:53 pm

Yes, you can absolutely reuse the wick.

  3. Brenda on 11/23/2019 at 11:55 am

How long do they roughly last?

    • Kathleen on 11/25/2019 at 3:04 am

Anywhere from a few weeks to months! It depends on how much oil you add to the wick, how often you use the inhaler, etc.
