Why She Gave Up on Being the Perfect Mom

I love this recent post from Crystal (aka Money Saving Mom).  She’s kind of one of my blogging heroes–I have great admiration for her priorities and balancing act as a homeschooling, blogging, frugal mother of small children.

I hope her message* encourages you as much as it did me…

For years, I had visions of the type of mom I would be. Calm, quiet, organized, patient, loving, creative… I was going to be all those things and much more.

Then I had kids. And very quickly, I realized I was not at all as patient as I thought I was!
