Sweet Potato Fries Ingredients
- Sweet potatoes, 1-2 per person
- Avocado oil
- Unrefined sea salt
Burger Wrap Ingredients
- Ground beef, 1/3-1/2 pound per person
- Organic season salt
- Siete tortillas, about 2 per person
- Chopped romaine or buttercrunch lettuce
- Sliced pickles
- Diced tomatoes, in-season
- House sauce
House Sauce Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Use convection bake, if you have it!
- Slice sweet potatoes into wedges and toss with avocado oil and salt.
- Spread fries into a single layer and bake about 30 minutes, flipping halfway if desired.
- Meanwhile, cook ground beef in a hot skillet in one large slab. Hold the slab in your hand and sprinkle season salt on the exposed side. Place the slab seasoned side down in the skillet. Season the second side.
- Once browned on the first side, flip the beef and slice into long strips using a metal spatula.
- Continue cooking until beef is browned and crispy on the edges.
- Prepare house sauce: combine 1/2 cup mayo with 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 minced garlic clove, and 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
- Chop lettuce and slice pickles.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or on a griddle.
- Fill tortillas with beef, house sauce, lettuce, and pickles.
- Serve immediately with sweet potato fries.
