Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. In a second bowl, combine all wet ingredients.
  4. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix gently.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Line one loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in the prepared batter.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
