Description
This is the easiest, tastiest Paleo bread around. Eat it for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack! Kid-friendly.
Ingredients

- 6 eggs
- 2 cups almond butter
- 3/4 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper to serve as handles for lifting out the finished loaf.
- Combine first four ingredients in a food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Add the vinegar or lemon juice and mix well.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes, or until a knife or toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool before slicing.
