Ingredients

- 1 to 2 heads cauliflower, riced
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 to 1 c. chopped onion
- 5 TB adobo seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp unrefined sea salt
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- dash crushed red pepper
- dash chipotle chili
- dash cayenne pepper
- dash ground all spice
- dash ground cinnamon
- dash ground cloves
- dash ground ginger
Instructions
Adobo Beef
- Brown ground beef and chopped onions in a large pot over medium heat, breaking up clumps.
- As the beef cooks, add seasonings and stir well to combine.
- Serve beef on a bed of cauliflower rice.
Cauli Rice
- Heat a large pot or skillet over medium heat.
- Add 2-4 TB coconut oil (or avocado).
- Add riced cauliflower and saute until tender.
- Season with unrefined sea salt and ground black pepper.
