Dehydrated Peach Chips

  1. Rinse and drain peaches.
  2. Slice. The more uniform the slices, the more even the drying process.
  3. (I do not treat the slices.)
  4. Spread peach slices on dehydrator trays.
  5. Dry at about 135 for 8-12 hours.
  6. Allow chips to cool. They will crisp up as they cool.
  7. Store in airtight jars or containers.
  8. (Hide from family members.)
