Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1–2 carrots, depending on size
- 1/2 – 2 beets, halved, depending on size (I used one whole beet about the size of my fist and cut in half.)
- 1 huge handful of beet greens + stalks
- handful of almonds, about 1/4 cup
- water, about 1.5 cup
- optional: 1 tablespoon bee pollen
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender. I use a Vitamix.
- Blend until smooth.
