Beet Power Smoothie

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/23/4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 12 carrots, depending on size
  • 1/22 beets, halved, depending on size (I used one whole beet about the size of my fist and cut in half.)
  • 1 huge handful of beet greens + stalks
  • handful of almonds, about 1/4 cup
  • water, about 1.5 cup
  • optional: 1 tablespoon bee pollen

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender. I use a Vitamix.
  2. Blend until smooth.
