Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons Dandy Blend or to taste
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons collagen peptides or grass fed gelatin
- dash unrefined sea salt
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil
- Optional: 1-2 teaspoons honey (raw & local is best)
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 drop Turmeric essential oil
- 1 drop Cinnamon Bark essential oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
- Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
- Reheat one cup at a time, as needed. I prefer to reheat in a small sauce pan, whisking to break up little clumps of cold coconut milk and gelatin.
