Ingredients
Scale
- 2½ c. blanched almond flour (do not use Bob’s Red Mill)
- ½ tsp unrefined sea salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ c. coconut oil, melted
- ½ c. applesauce, mashed banana, canned pumpkin, etc.*
- 1 TB vanilla extract
- 1 TB raw, local honey
- 1/4 – 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips (or make your own)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Add dry ingredients to a large bowl and whisk to combine.
- Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
- Add chocolate chips and stir.
- Form small balls, place on cookie sheet and then flatten them a bit using two fingers and pressing lightly.
- Bake 8-10 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Cool, and serve.
- Store in the fridge.
