A creamy, paleo-friendly broccoli slaw that’s perfect for picnics & potlucks! Pairs well with BBQ & smoked meats—easy & delicious!
Ingredients
Slaw
- 12 ounces bagged broccoli slaw
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/8 cup red onion, finely diced
Dressing
- 1/4 cup mayo (homemade is best, or try this brand or this one)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey (raw and local is best)
- 1/4 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
- dash cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Add broccoli slaw, carrots, and red onions to a large bowl.
- In a separate, smaller bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
- Pour dressing over veggies and stir to combine.
- For best results, refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve cold.
- Leftovers will keep 3-4 days in the fridge.
