Description

A creamy, paleo-friendly broccoli slaw that’s perfect for picnics & potlucks! Pairs well with BBQ & smoked meats—easy & delicious!


Ingredients

Slaw

  • 12 ounces bagged broccoli slaw
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/8 cup red onion, finely diced

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup mayo (homemade is best, or try this brand or this one)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey (raw and local is best)
  • 1/4 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
  • dash cracked black pepper

 


Instructions

  1. Add broccoli slaw, carrots, and red onions to a large bowl.
  2. In a separate, smaller bowl, mix dressing ingredients.
  3. Pour dressing over veggies and stir to combine.
  4. For best results, refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve cold.
  6. Leftovers will keep 3-4 days in the fridge.
