Easy homemade pineapple gummies made with pineapple juice, grass-fed gelatin, and Re-Lyte Kids Pineapple for a fun way to add electrolyte support.

- 2 to 3 scoops Redmond Re-Lyte Kids Pineapple
- 2 cups pineapple juice, preferably a clean brand with no added sugar
- 3 to 4 tablespoons grass-fed gelatin
Instructions
- Sprinkle gelatin into a glass measuring cup or bowl.
- Pour 1 cup pineapple juice over the gelatin and let bloom for 1 to 2 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, gently simmer the remaining 1 cup pineapple juice.
- Stir Re-Lyte Kids Pineapple into the warm juice until dissolved.
- Whisk the warm juice mixture into the bloomed gelatin until fully combined.
- Pour into silicone molds or a shallow glass dish.
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set.
- Remove from molds or cut into cubes and enjoy.
Storage:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
Using 3 tablespoons gelatin will produce a softer gummy. Use closer to 4 tablespoons for a firmer texture.
