- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons ground almond flour
- 2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
- pinch allspice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon unrefined sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with your hands or a wooden spoon, being careful not to overmix.
- Form into balls about 1.5 inches in diameter. Arrange in a single layer in a glass baking dish (or several dishes).
- Bake for 20–30 minutes, until nicely browned.
- Serve with veggies, pasta and salad, or traditional spaghetti.
