Description
Crispy Balsamic Brussels Sprouts are strangely addictive and wonderfully versatile for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Ingredients

- 24 oz. brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1/4 cup bacon grease, melted (or avocado oil)
- 1 tablespoon syrupy balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper, to taste
- optional: 4 oz. bacon, chopped fine
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Use convection bake, if you have it.
- In a large bowl, toss brussels sprouts with chopped bacon, melted bacon grease, about 1 teaspoon unrefined sea salt, and 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
- Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for 20-30 minutes, until crispy.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic.
- Toss to coat and add salt and pepper if needed.
